Moon Landing

The Cosmic portion of the Cosmic Tiki Lounge would like to take a moment to remember the 40th anniversary of the crew of Apollo 11 landing on the moon. At 2017 UTC, July 20, 1969, Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin touched down on the surface of the moon, while Michael Collins orbited above them .
Unfortunately, the Apollo astronauts found no sign of the rumored Tiki bar and humans have not returned since.

Petty Booka
I first came across Petty Booka at a display at a Borders Book Store. I ended up buying the CD they were displaying. Although Petty Booka has gone though a few different iterations this lineup consists of 2 Japanese girls who play ukulele and sing.
I once heard Dennis Miller use Petty Booka as part of a joke. I don't remember the joke, or if it was actually funny, but I do remember that I was pretty impressed with myself for actually getting the joke.
In this video they cover the Connie Francis hit "Pretty Little Baby". The video is set on the beach at Waikiki.
