Blue Hawaiian Recipe

Here is a good recipe for the Blue Hawaiian. I usually see this drink made in the blender but I like this version better.

1 1/2 oz Blue Curacao
2 oz Rum
2 oz Pineapple Juice
1/2 oz Cream of Coconut
Splash of Banana Liqueur
Splash of Amaretto
Splash of Sweet and Sour

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all the ingredients and shake. Pour into a glass with ice. Garnish with lime.

Robo Tiki Bar Caddy

I found this at a garage sale. I think it must have been some kind of home made kit. There is a picture of one of these in Sven Kirstens book "Tiki Modern", on page 225. The caption in the book mentions "hobby projects", which makes me suspect it is home-made, but as it is the same as this one, there must have been some kind of kit or set of plans.
